- Check: we review your company registration, licences and insurance certificates.
- Sign the partner agreement (available in English). Your own cancellation policy applies; if you use Bókun, we take it from there.
- Connect your calendar and we put your boats and jet skis online.
- Receive bookings: every booking appears in your calendar and inbox automatically, with your payout per booking.

Offering water activities
Do you organise snorkelling or diving trips, banana boat, parasailing, flyboarding, water skiing, wakeboarding, SUP or kayaking? You can offer these through Ghesia too. Because these activities carry different risks than renting out a boat, you sign a separate Water Activities Partner Agreement. It covers, among other things:
- qualified and locally authorised instructors (for diving under PADI, SSI, CMAS or equivalent standards);
- sound and inspected equipment, a safety briefing and an emergency and first aid plan;
- liability insurance of at least € 2,500,000 per occurrence covering the activities;
- your full liability for the operation and indemnity of Ghesia.
Price, commission, payment and cancellation work the same way as for boats and jet skis.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
There are no sign-up, listing or subscription fees. Ghesia earns a commission per booking: a mark-up on your price, agreed in the partner agreement and included in the price the customer pays.
Who is liable during the rental?
You are the lessor and the rental agreement is between you and the customer. You are responsible for the vessel, safety briefing, insurance and the rental itself. Ghesia only mediates the booking and payment on your behalf.
How and when am I paid?
Customers pay online when booking. You receive your price no later than 7 days after the rental date: by bank transfer from Ghesia, or automatically via Mollie Connect if you are based in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland. The customer price is your revenue, so you account for local VAT on it; Ghesia sends you a monthly commission invoice. Read the full Partner Agreement.
Which cancellation rules apply?
Your own cancellation policy applies. If you use Bókun or a similar system, we take it straight from there; otherwise you state it in the partner agreement. Unsafe weather always allows the customer a free rebooking or full refund. See article 7 of the Partner Terms.
Privacy notice for partners
Ghesia (Hapert, the Netherlands) is the controller of the business and contact details you share with us, such as your application, licences, insurance certificates, bank and tax details. We use them to assess a partnership, to perform the partner agreement and to meet our legal reporting obligation to the Dutch Tax Administration (DAC7). We keep them for up to 7 years after the partnership ends, or up to 1 year after an application that does not lead to a partnership. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data via partners@ghesia.com, and you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Read our full Privacy Policy.
